Where’s my stuff?

All our orders ship next business day, although some international and larger orders may take  up to 48 hours from the time of purchase to ship. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday. Larger orders to the U.S. including the Keep Books Alive Tote Bundle and Ultimate Book Lover’s Bundle may ship Priority Mail. For smaller items  we use Media mail and First Class Mail.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! If you do not see your country at checkout, please contact us ASAP to place an order.

Why is international shipping so expensive?

International shipping rates through USPS and other U.S. carriers are unfortunately quite high  at the moment. Rest assured, we use the most affordable carriers and aim to offset the cost of shipping by reducing our rates and charging our international customers less than what we are paying.

How do I get the free domestic shipping promotion?

 We currently are offering free shipping on all domestic orders. To get this promotion, simply fill your shopping cart, enter a U.S. shipping address at checkout, and choose the "FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING" option. You will not be charged for shipping. This promotion expires on January 1st, 2017. 

What about returns?

We regret that at this time we cannot offer returns of signed paperbacks or personalized merchandise. If your order is defective or arrives damaged please contact us for immediate assistance.

My charge was declined. What does this mean?

When we submit a charge to your  bank, the issuing bank looks at various different things including your spending habits, account balance, and card info such as expiration date and CVC to determine whether or not to accept the charge.

We don’t have very much specific information as to why a charge was declined by your bank. If all of your card information seems correct, you may try to checkout a second time. Most charges go through on the second try. If it doesn't work on the second try, it is best to contact your bank or credit card company and inquire for more information, and ask that future charges to our store be accepted.

Can I get an autograph from Alex Pettyfer?

Yes! Autographs from Alex and personalizations are available for both paperbacks and cover art mini posters, including those that come in the book bundles. Simply complete the form and select the option for a signature during the checkout process.

Is Blood, Ink & Fire a series?

Yes! Blood, Ink & Fire will be a trilogy. Author Ashley Mansour is currently writing book 2. She also envisions other books set in the same universe of Fell and the nine Sovereigns.

How is Alex Pettyfer involved?

Actor, director, and producer Alex Pettyfer founded Upturn Publishing, the publisher of Blood, Ink & Fire. His production company, Upturn Productions, also acquired the film and TV rights.

When is book 2 out?

Book 2 is slated for completion this year and we hope to see it published in 2017. ARCs will be available for review in mid-2017.

Will there be a movie?
